Job Description

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Mid-Level Developer to join our Engineering team. This role involves system design and architecture, developing high-quality functions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will also provide technical leadership and vision in the design, implementation, testing, and rollout of new and existing services in a multi-region configuration.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop REST & gRPC APIs and Webservices
• Create reusable frameworks/components for global delivery needs
• Maintain REST API documentation using Swagger and design documentation
• Maintain Proto files for gRPC services
• Document work and engage in quality testing/validation before release
• Troubleshoot issues and debug codebases
• Work on AWS cloud platform, including EKS
• Maintain and improve existing codebases and peer review code changes
• Ensure API layer security, monitoring, analytics, and throttling
• Collaborate with leads and team members to meet project deliverables and milestones
• Communicate effectively with team members and suppliers

Top Skills

• Golang development experience

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of experience with programming languages such as Golang (minimum 3-4 years), Java, JavaScript
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure), DevOps, cloud engineering, architecture, and SaaS
• Proficient in clean architecture, API design, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and complexity analysis
• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive multimedia systems
• Experience in implementing and validating platform technical specifications
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with EKS is a plus

Interview Process:

• 1st Round: Fundamental GoLang and coding (1 hour)
• 2nd Round: Behavioral and other aspects
