POSITION SUMMARY:

The General Sales Manager is responsible for providing leadership across all departments within the dealership and fostering a positive, growth, and continuous learning culture.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide leadership across all departments within the dealership
• Responsible for growing sales and maximizing profit opportunities for all departments within the dealership
• Develop and execute the dealership sales strategy
• Attract, coach, and develop a best-in-class, high-performing sales team
• Build team alignment and motivation to meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators across all departments of the dealership
• Ensure 5 Star Customer Experience
• Foster a positive, growth, and continuous learning culture
• Drive accountability and efficient and standardized processes
• Lead day-to-day operations of the business

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven track record of success leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Direct or adjacent industry experience preferred
• Strong customer relationship skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong financial acumen
• Ability to develop a positive, growth, and learning culture
