Position: General Manager – Fast Food

Location: Cameron, AZ

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 starting salary, based on experience, plus free housing valued at $10,000 annually and monthly bonus opportunities!

General Manager Job Summary:

We are searching for a dynamic leader to step into the role of General Manager at one of America’s top fast-food chains. You’ll oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring top-tier service, safety, and results while leading your team to success.

Responsibilities Include:

• Driving store financial and sales performance
• Managing day-to-day operations, including labor scheduling and inventory control
• Leading recruitment and training efforts for new team members
• Engaging in local marketing initiatives and connecting with the community
• Ensuring food safety, security, and service standards
• Addressing performance issues and mentoring staff
• Collaborating with the team to optimize operations and improve productivity

General Manager Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in a general manager role (Burger King experience preferred)
• Minimum age: 21
• ServSafe qualification or certification upon employment
• Strong understanding of P&L management
• Leadership and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 35 lbs safely
