Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating weekend and evening on-call shifts
Salary: $16 - $25 per hour (DOE)

Jobs Summary:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities and equipment are well-maintained and operating efficiently. Your duties will include troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of our facilities and equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections and maintenance of equipment, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other systems.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment breakdowns, malfunctions, and other issues.
• Conducting preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities to prevent breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Responding to emergency maintenance requests and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.
• Participating in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.

Physical & Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently; medium physical demand classification.
• Exposure to odors, chemicals, bodily fluids, and mechanical hazards.
• Work involves frequent walking, standing, climbing, bending, and handling tools/equipment.
• Must be physically and mentally capable of extended work hours if necessary.
