Maintenance Technicians, including Independent handymen, Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC technicians , to join our team and represent Nandail Property Management in providing outstanding maintenance and repair services. As an essential part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and safety of residential and commercial properties.
DESIGNATED JOBS : General Handyman: - Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, and general building upkeep.
- Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues as needed.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of properties.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve maintenance issues promptly and effectively.
