Description SAIC is seeking a General Clerk to provide support at the SAIC Middletown, RI Office for the Naval Undersea Warfare Center for multiple programs. Job Duties : Provides support in arranging materials, products and develop procurement documentation including; completion, scanning, archiving, and management of procurement records and transportation/transfer requests. Interfaces with vendors to obtain quotes and update Excel spreadsheets with relevant information, kitting and tracking inventory, Interfaces with customers to develop procurement requirements and to provide status updates, attend meetings, develop meeting minutes and track action items. Develops MS Excel procurement tracking documentation; supports the shipping & receiving area if needed; and develops project management support documents including program plans, office communications and memoranda, and organize documents. Qualifications Qualifications: High School Diploma Ability to acquire SECRET clearance MS Office proficiency including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Detail oriented and organized Quick learner and proactive Ability to manage logistical issues Desired: DoD experience.
