Work on a monetization strategy, come up with and test the hypotheses for the LTV increase.
Create game balance.
Experience with hyper-casual games and/or a deep understanding of the gaming market.
2+ years of experience working as a Game Designer (or in related positions).
A clear understanding of hyper-casual game mechanics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A demonstrated ability to express ideas concisely and clearly.
Creative thinking.
Upper-Intermediate English.
