Job Description

Full Time Live out Nanny/ Housekeeper needed for a family with three boys, ages 4, 7, and 9, years old. The children in school most of the day and have after-school activities so some transportation will be needed. Ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, is an excellent driver and a good communicator. Must be pet friendly, there is a hypoallergenic dog at the home.

Compensation: $30-35

Start Date: ASAP

Hours : Guaranteed 40 hours per week. The children split there time between the mother and father, You are employed by the mother

2 weekends a month:

Rotating schedule,

Week 2, Wednesday , Thursday they are not there weekend,

Week 3 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.

Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, major holidays off and paid

Accommodation: A room will be provided for the live-in house manager.

Role Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping: Perform deep cleaning and thorough housekeeping duties throughout the home.
• Cooking : Prepare meals for the family.
• Childcare: Minimal childcare required, primarily picking up the children from school at 4:00 PM and supervising them as needed.
• Driving : Use the family car to transport the children to and from school and activities.
• Pet Care: Assist with basic pet care for the family’s hypoallergenic dog.

Requirements:

• Must be an excellent communicator.
• Previous experience as a house manager or cleaner is essential.
• CPR and First Aid certified.
• Must be able to swim.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
• Show proof of legal right to work in the U.S.
