Your Role as a Repair Technician: Combine your technical skills with customer service to provide real solutions. Here's what you'll do:
- Battery Installation : From gadgets to cars, you'll install batteries in various devices.
- Key Cutting & Programming : Use your skills to help customers with Car key services.
- Device Repair : Diagnose and fix phones, tablets, and other electronics.
- Support Sales : Assist the sales team with your technical knowledge and expertise.
- Store Operations : Help manage inventory, recycling, and maintain a smooth operation.
Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive Pay : $19.00 - $22.50+ per hour, based on hourly + repair incentives

Training for Excellence: No prior experience with our products? No problem! If you're a tech enthusiast, a problem solver, or just love fixing things, we'll provide the comprehensive training you need. We also provide Wise Level 1 and 2 Repair Certifications as a part of your training enrollment. All you need is mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn.
What We're Looking For: - Availability for a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends.
- Strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of repair experience preferred, but passion and teamwork are key.
