Dual physician couple in Spring is seeking an experienced, live-in nanny to join their family and provide care to their two-year-old twins. Both children haven mild autism, so candidates who are patient, good communicators, and have experience caring for children with autism would be a great match for this family. Duties include dropping off and picking up the children from school, actively engaging the children in age-appropriate play and providing high quality care when they are home, assisting with childrens meal preparation, laundry, errands, and other basic household related tasks. This family has a monthly housekeeping service, so there is no deep cleaning required. This family requires the nanny to be COVID vaccinated. Applicants must have experience caring for and styling African American hair to apply. The nanny must be able to swim as the children attend swim class and would need to enter the water. As both parents are physicians, the nanny will need to have flexibility to provide overnight, or weekend care based on the parents work schedule. This family values caregivers who are open communicators and are committed to keeping the lines of communication open and wanting to be an extended member of their family.

Duties will include:
General childcare
Tidying Up (family has a housekeeper)

Compensation:
Guaranteed consistent pay (guarantee 40 hrs per week min)
Paid vacation
Paid major holidays
Vehicle provided for work
Private bedroom and private bathroom / shared entrance to home
