Salary: $90,000 - 110,000 per year Requirements:

• I possess a solid grasp of web fundamentals, including HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, SASS/SCSS, and Bootstrap.
• I have actively participated in a comprehensive SEO-focused migration from a multi-language (English and Spanish) WordPress site to GatsbyJS.
• I have foundational knowledge in PHP, JSON handling, and WordPress development (functions.php).
• I am familiar with version control systems like Git (GitHub), adept at debugging, and can write clean, well-documented code.
• I am a strong communicator, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment, and I excel in teamwork.
• I adhere to modern web standards, such as OOCSS, BEM, and SMACSS.

Responsibilities:

• I will maintain a deep understanding of WordPress fundamentals and the data storage methods employed in page builders.
• I will offer recommendations for migration strategies and “under the hood” improvements to minimize long build times.
• I will provide insights on how to effectively leverage GatsbyJS to meet our scaling needs.
• I will perform code cleanup and potential refactoring of components and collections.
• I will contribute to completing a WordPress migration to GatsbyJS on NetlifyCMS for Phase 1, and suggest alternative CMS options, such as Contentful, GraphCMS, or Forestry.io.
