Golden Eagle Taekwondo Studio is looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Front of House team member! As the first point of contact for our students and families, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while handling essential administrative tasks. If you are a people person with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests, students, and prospective members with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide studio tours and information to potential members.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and families, remembering names and details.
• Respond to inquiries in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized.
• Accurately record client information, process payments, and schedule classes.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Enforce studio rules and maintain a positive environment.
• Oversee and update our social media platforms.
• Perform general administrative and support tasks as needed.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
Monday through Friday: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:40 AM - 12:00 PM
