Requirements

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and shippers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, freight rates, and industry developments to provide insights and make informed decisions.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transportation process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Qualifications:
• Experience: Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation management or a sisimilar role.
• Book of Business: Must have an established book of business with proven relationships in the industry.
• Skills:
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In-depth knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards.
