Overview:
As a Franchise Business Launch Coach, youll support new franchise owners as they launch and grow their businesses. Youll guide them step-by-step, help them hit key goals, and make sure they stay on track with brand standards and performance. Youll act as their main coach and support system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trusting relationships with franchise owners

• Provide weekly or monthly coaching sessions based on their needs

• Guide franchisees using our scorecard system and business benchmarks

• Monitor mindset, goals, and overall business progress

• Help owners review and understand financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

• Offer clear feedback to improve profitability and business growth

• Support hiring and staffing plans as the business grows

• Use company tools and processes to maintain consistency

• Conduct brand standards audits and ensure compliance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in franchising

• Strong coaching and leadership skills

• Comfortable with technology and business systems

• Ability to read and interpret financial reports

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
