LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading manufacturing company dedicated to delivering high-quality products through innovation, operational excellence, and customer focus. We are seeking a dynamic and analytical FP&A Analyst to join the Finance team and contribute to continued growth and success.


The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and providing strategic insights that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost structures, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations.



FP&A Analyst Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets
• Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis versus forecast and budget
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic initiatives and capital investments
• Partner with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain teams to understand cost drivers and efficiency opportunities
• Support month-end close processes and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Prepare presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations
• Continuously identify process improvements and automation opportunities within financial planning processes

FP&A Analyst Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and variance analysis
• Solid understanding of manufacturing cost accounting and operational finance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (experience with SAP, Oracle, or similar a plus)
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
