Hendrickson is looking for dedicated employees in our manufacturing operation as we continue to grow our operations just North of Fort Wayne, IN.

No experience needed, we will provide on the job training! Daily Responsibilities: - Service (on load/off load) various operators in machining and distribution.
- Weigh or count, band and tag production material for storage or shipment in an accurate manner.
- Operate equipment in a safe manner at all times.
- Placement of material in and out of storage and staging areas in an accurate manner according to plant inventory and production control procedures.
- Maintain storage and staging areas in a clean and orderly manner consistent with plant inventory control procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Load and unload trucks, accounting for correct number of containers/skids shipped, received and complete the necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications: - Strong Attendance history
- Able to read and write legibly in English required
- Able to lift up to 40 lb required
- Meet servicing standards required
- Forklift experience required (Sitdown lifts, Reach Trucks, Turrets)
