We’re looking for mechanically minded individuals to join our Technician Trainee Program, a paid, full-time training program designed to transform you into a Road Service Technician in just 12 months. About the Technician Trainee Program:
  • 12-month paid training program to become a certified Road Service Technician
  • Includes classroom instruction, hands-on shop training, and mentorship
  • Gain forklift operator certification, Crown certification, and PM certification
  • Receive full benefits from day one
Training Breakdown: * Days 1-60:
  • Operator training & safety
  • Lift truck basics & preventative maintenance
  • Electrical, hydraulics, traction, and steering systems
  • On-the-road shadowing with experienced technicians
* Days 61-90:
  • LP fuel systems & transmission repair
  • PE4500 repairs, specialty lines, standup & laydown forklifts
  • Battery & charger training
  • Ongoing Progress Reviews at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year to ensure successful development
Next Training Class Begins: July 2025 Once Fully Trained, You’ll Be Responsible For:
  • Repairing industrial batteries, chargers, and forklifts
  • Troubleshooting & performing routine maintenance
  • Providing excellent customer service & explaining repairs
  • Ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently
  • All other responsibilities/duties as assigned
What You Need to Succeed:
  • Willingness to travel to customer facilities & provide on-site service
  • Basic knowledge of battery maintenance & electronic repairs
  • Ability to work in various positions while repairing equipment
  • Manual dexterity & strength (lifting up to 100 lbs.)
  • Must have your own tools and a good driving record
