Position: Material Handler | Forklift Stand-up

Position Overview: We're seeking a reliable and safety-conscious
Material Handler to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the movement and organization of materials throughout our facility. Using forklifts and other equipment, you'll ensure that raw materials, components, and packaging supplies are delivered to the right places efficiently and accurately.#1939ST
Pre-employment background check, physical, drug screen and proof of employment eligibility required
Key Duties: - Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport goods within the plant
- Load and unload trucks, stage materials, and fulfill order picking tasks
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with warehouse layout and cleanliness
- Inspect materials for quality compliance and document any discrepancies
- Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines, both written and verbal
- Perform routine cleaning of tools and equipment
Work Schedule: This position requires flexibility to work across all shifts depending on production needs. Weekly schedules may change, and availability for overtime is important.
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Swing Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
- Graveyard Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM or 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM (starting Sunday night)
Pay: $20/hr.+ with the opportunity for overtime!
What We're Looking For: - At least 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Certification on stand-up or sit-down forklifts (or willingness to recertify)
- Comfortable working long shifts (12+ hours) and in warm conditions
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, twisting, and kneeling for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and ability to perform simple math and read instructions
- Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and adjust hours based on production needs
- Must be able to wear required PPE and pass a pre-employment background check, physical, and drug screening
