Essential Duties and Accountabilities

1. Unload inbound freight from company and carrier vehicles.

2. Load outbound freight onto company and carrier vehicles.

3. Put-away and or extract material stored on pallet racking.

4. Log inbound receipts in ERP system or onto spreadsheet logs.

5. Moves material around the OFC building and place in designated areas.

6. Capture material movement in ERP system.

7. Responsible for completing forklift daily check list.

8. Responsible for working according to the company’s safety and quality standards.

9. Maintains a safe and clean work area.

10. Performs other related duties as assigned by department management.

Skills and Competencies

• Ability to read packing lists and other documentation written in English.
• Ability to work independently at times with minimum supervision.
• Ability to operate MHE (Reach Truck, Sit-Down Forklift, Electric Pallet Jack, etc.) in a safe manner.
• Able to use a hand held mobile device to enter and or scan data.
• Able to understand and follow written instruction in English.

• Able to be forklift certified.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior forklift certification helpful.
• Able to understand basic work and safety instructions in English.
• Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function for this position.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Requires standing for a prolonged period of time and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Requires repetitive movements with fingers, hands and arms.
• Requires good vision.
