Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team. In this full-time, remote role, you'll play a crucial part in helping home buyers, current homeowners, and real estate investors secure the best mortgage financing options. Your responsibilities will include analyzing and evaluating loan applications, conducting thorough underwriting assessments, and guiding borrowers through every step of the loan origination process. You will also provide expert advice on various loan options and ensure all processes comply with relevant regulations.
What You'll Do:
- Assist clients in navigating the mortgage financing process from start to finish.
- Analyze and evaluate loan applications to determine eligibility.
- Conduct underwriting assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Offer knowledgeable advice on loan products and financing options.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all clients.

- Solid understanding of underwriting processes and mortgage lending standards.
- Proven experience in loan origination and mortgage lending.
- Ability to assess and analyze loan applications with accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of loan products and financial concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- A current MLO State License in Florida and/or Ohio is required or must be eligible to obtain one.
