What You’ll Do:

As a Flexologist, you’ll deliver personalized one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to each client’s needs. You’ll also be trained through our proprietary Flexologist Training Program (FTP) to ensure you’re equipped to provide effective and safe stretches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct customized assisted stretching sessions for clients of all fitness levels.
• Educate clients on the benefits of stretching for flexibility, mobility, and overall wellness.
• Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust, retention, and satisfaction.
• Promote membership packages to support clients’ ongoing wellness goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming studio environment.
• Collaborate with the StretchLab team to provide an exceptional experience for every client.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals with a passion for movement and wellness.

Preferred Backgrounds Include:

• Personal Training
• Yoga or Pilates Instruction
• Massage Therapy
• Physical Therapy or Athletic Training
• Other movement-based disciplines

Qualifications:

• Certification or experience in fitness, bodywork, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Eagerness to learn and master StretchLab’s proprietary techniques.
