NOTE: COACH CANDIDATES MUST HOLD A CURRENT CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER CERTIFICATE.

Our Fitness Coaches perform the following duties:

• Lead and motivate members through pre-written workouts
• Understand the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs
• Can use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout & give form correction where needed
• Can appropriately time workouts
• Perform basic cleaning and maintain a stellar fitness studio environment
• Perform outreach to members/intros and attend outreach events

Coach Qualifications:

• Are AED/CPR certified
• Are a current Certified Personal Trainer from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
• Pass the OTFit Certification Program
• Are a TEAM PLAYER, punctual and committed to growth/learning
