Fitness Coach Opportunity

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Fitness Coaches, reporting to the Studio Manager at BODY20. This is an hourly position, great for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.

Compensation: $25-$28 Hourly + Commission

Commission & hourly compensation can vary depending on experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coach clients through EMS personal training sessions (training provided)
• Establish and maintain a high level of service according to company standards
• Provide a high level of personalized attention to members
• Maintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs, and products
• Instruct and demonstrate to members on the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weights up to 50 pounds
• Adjust and operate all EMS and Fitness Equipment to BODY20 standards
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Attend all Fitness Coach-related meetings/trainings
• Other duties as assigned

Presale Responsibilities and Standards

• Handle member concerns professionally and objectively, with the goal of resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Work events or presale center outside, if weather permits, under the tent
• Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Body20 training programs

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification (required)
• Previous Personal Training experience (minimum 1 year required)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess honesty and personal integrity
• Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
• Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
