Job Description

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer, is seeking a Finishing Operator to join their team. As a Finishing Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Quality and Packaging teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards — qualities that align well with the organization’s values and operational excellence.

Job Title: Finishing Operator
Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Pay Range: $17per/hour
Duration: 6 Months 
Shift: 7AM – 7PM (2-2-3 Rotation Shifts)
Work Environment: Onsite Position

What’s the Job?

• Perform quality inspections to identify and remove sub-standard softgels and foreign materials.
• Operate machines that clean, count, and package capsules in the final production stage.
• Accurately complete documentation related to the finishing process.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with cGMP standards.

What’s Needed?

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or GMP-regulated industry preferred.
• Ability to follow written instructions and perform basic math operations.
• Must be a US citizen or green card holder.
