Job Description

Our client, a national construction management company, is seeking highly detail-oriented and process-oriented professionals for a contracted team assignment. This team will play a crucial part in the company's upcoming transition from paper to digital files!

About You:

• 1+ year of professional office experience in a detail-driven role (internships count!).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Process-oriented mindset to handle large volumes of documents.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment and software.

The Job:

• Scan and upload all files into the comapny's digital system.
• Organize and maintain the digital filing system with high accuracy.
• Ensure all files are digitized systematically and efficiently.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Work independently to meet project deadlines.

These temporary positions are projected to last at least two weeks and will work onsite at the company's Blue Bell location. This position pays up to $20/hour.
