The role primarily involves transporting and organizing files to support clerical operations across the agency.

Responsibilities:
• Transport files across different departments within the agency using carts or other equipment.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining physical file systems to ensure efficient access.
• Load and unload files as needed to facilitate clerical workflows.
• Support other clerks by ensuring files are properly distributed and available.
• Perform basic filing tasks, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline file management processes.
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive information.
• Provide general assistance in clerical tasks as required by the department.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support efficient operations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to address file-related needs.• Ability to transport and manage files in various physical locations within the agency.
• Previous experience in filing or file management is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Capability to work on your feet and move files for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to take on entry-level tasks and support the team.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• Familiarity with basic office operations and file handling procedures.
