This role offers the opportunity to apply your technical expertise to support, troubleshoot, and maintain critical systems that protect people, facilities, and assets. Responsibilities: Provide remote and on-site service and support Interact with customers to diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues Identify the root cause of technical problems through investigation and communication Escalate priority issues to management when necessary Follow up with customers to ensure positive outcomes Stay current with system updates and industry advancements Schedule service tickets and coordinate field service technicians or contractors Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach to service excellence Required Experience: Candidates should be electrically and mechanically inclined and have at least three years of technical field service or support experience with expertise in: Remote Troubleshooting Technical Service & Field Support Controls & Control Panels Networking & System Connectivity PLC Programming & Troubleshooting Relays & I/O Modules Low Voltage Wiring Physical Pipe and Pressurization Systems Camera Installation & Maintenance Control Panel Wiring, Installation & Service Fire & Security Equipment Installation & Service Preferred Experience: Familiarity with: Routers & Networking Equipment PLCs & Control Modules Industrial Cameras & Monitoring Systems Electrical Schematics & Wiring Vendor Specification Sheets & Technical Manual
