Water Treatment Field Service Engineer - Kansas City, Kansas (Remote)

I'm partnered with a leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty chemicals for water and wastewater treatment hiring for a Field Service Engineer in Kansas City, Kansas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer expert advice on customer applications for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and calibrate equipment, including remote monitoring and feeding technology
• Maintain and service mechanical installations, ensuring reliability and performance
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
• Conduct technical training sessions for customers
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years in maintenance, sanitation, water treatment, or food plant operations
• Deep knowledge of cooling, boiler, wastewater, and food sanitation processes
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and presentation skills
