Overview:
Insight Global is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join their team in Hillsboro, OR. This position is responsible for performing complex troubleshooting, install electronic equipment and communicate effectively with the customer. This position will need flexibility in their schedule, working either day or night shift, and has a travel component up to 15% of the time. Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in electrical engineering / electronics technology, mechanical engineering, physics
- 2+ years customer support background OR 5+ years manufacturing experience in final assembly or test of semiconductor capital equipment
- Understanding of basic troubleshooting techniques utilized within engineering fields
