We are excited to announce that currently we are looking for a Nurse Educator to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting our pharmaceutical and biotech clients. Role Overview: The Nurse Educator Program is an educational resource for patients living with chronic diseases prescribed specific medications. Nurse Educators provide education about disease treatments and resources to help patients manage their condition and medication. They engage in one-on-one communication with patients via in-person, telephone, video, email, and SMS, strictly following program guidelines. This role is strictly educational; Nurse Educators do not provide medical advice or work clinically. Responsibilities: Coordinate and connect patients with approved resources. Provide educational training on disease states and medications. Support multiple disease states and medications as needed. Promote behavioral change and treatment compliance through patient-focused education. Facilitate dialogue between patients and healthcare providers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred. RN licensure in the state of residency; multi-state license if available. Current nursing license in good standing. 5+ years of clinical healthcare experience. Experience as a Nurse Educator preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred. Valid driver’s license. Resident in the designated territory. Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology. Strong time management, planning, and multitasking skills. Effective presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and develop plans. Dedicated home workspace. Proficiency in MS Office and iPad technology. Flexibility to work weekends and evenings. Willingness to travel up to 60-70%. Compliance with client vaccination requirements may be necessary.
