Job Summary
We are seeking a fence installer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This may include digging holes, operating power tools, unloading/loading trucks, packing posts, leveling posts, carrying material, and other necessary tasks. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Work starts at 7am at our shop on the west side of Jacksonville - 2601 Pickettville Rd. Jacksonville, FL 32220 and typically ends around 3PM
• Follow the directions of the crew chief and management
• Transport materials and equipment from one location to another
• Operate power tools and hand tools
• Construct, transfer, and tear down fencing

Qualifications

• No felonies in the past 10 years and no open court cases
• Active Driver's License
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods
• Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
• Knowledge of power tools and industrial machinery is preferred
• Additional certifications or apprenticeship experience in construction or fencing is preferred but not necessary
