My client currently looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and highly motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our nurturing and stimulating learning environment. In this pivotal role, you will play a vital part in shaping the developmental journey of young children during their most crucial formative years. Responsibilities:
**Design engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive development, social skills, emotional well-being, and physical growth.

**Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriching learning environment.
**Partner with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.

Requirements:
**Holds a Cache L3 qualification or above (or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field).
**Proven experience as an Early Childhood Educator or similar role.
**Excellent communication skills with both children and parents.
**Creative approach to early childhood education.
