The ideal candidate has strong communications skills; experience guiding an organization’s data analytics, data management, and program evaluation initiatives; and experience coordinating with executives and program managers to ensure risk-informed decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing agency implementation of the Foundations for Evidence-Based Policymaking Act of 2018.
• Managing the planning, organization, and completion of analytical studies, program evaluations, and management of data to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Managing initiatives to ensure evidence-based, data-driven decision making, guiding analysis and data management.
• Analyzing information and perform appropriate research in coordination with subject-matter experts to provide decision support and enable risk analysis.
• Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to advance priorities and key initiatives.
• Leading intra-agency and inter-agency working groups to coordinate and optimize the structure, definition, and use of data in support of the organization’s mission.

Job Requirements:

• Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade requirements.
• Selective Service registration required.
• You must be a U.S. citizen to apply for this position.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain a Government credit card.
• You must successfully pass a background investigation.
