Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field. Internation study background will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years experience in fashion design, ideally with a strong portfolio in cut & sew products.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office and PLM.
- Experience with live and form fit sessions. In-depth knowledge of garment technology
- Ability to prepare tech packs with concise information, scans, images and details for collection and production.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good oral and written English.
- Global market experience is preferred.

- Experienced in occasional wear, evening dress 1. Trends analysis: Conduct ongoing research on global fashion trends and consumer preferences in key regions of our overseas target markets.
- Design development: Participate in brainstorming sessions and concept ideation to develop new and innovative collection of different assortment.
- Technical specifications: Prepare detailed technical packages for production, including sketches, specifications, and construction details, ensuring accurate execution of designs for garment samples and production.
- Sample Review and Fit Sessions: Participate in sample reviews and fit sessions to provide feedback on the fit, construction, and design details of apparel prototypes.
- Collaboration: Assist in sourcing and selecting appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for garment prototypes and production.
Testing and deciding on fabrics, colors, patterns and textures for each design.
Work closely with buyers and manufacturers to align design concepts with production capabilities.
6. Brand Alignment: Understand and maintain the brand's design aesthetic and language in all women's cut and sewn apparel products.
Collaborate with the design team and brand team to ensure consistency in storytelling and branding across cut and sewn collections.
7. Trend Presentation: Assist in preparing trend presentations and mood boards to inspire and inform the design process.
