LIC, NY - FNP - See All Ages - $150K + benefits
*Long Island City FQHC - providing integrated health care to underserved patients
*Primary care walk in clinic
*See all ages (50-60% kids) for well care, sick visits + maintenance of chronic conditions
*Experience with GYN procedures desirable
*2+ years min exp. required
*LIC work Mon-Fri schedule (9a-5p)
*Bronx hours: Mon-Fri schedule (8a-4p or 10a-6p)
*See 15-20 patients/day
*Join a NY area team of 3 MD's and 3 NP's
*4 weeks Vacation, 12 Personal Days + 12 Holidays, 403B w 4% match after 1 yr
*$150K + Benefits
