We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician to join our full-service Family Medicine Center in Newark, DE. This center provides primary healthcare to medically underserved populations, with a special focus on the Latino community. The role is office-based, offering a Monday-Friday schedule with either 8-hour or 10-hour shifts. Physicians will also participate in equitable night and weekend call rotations.
The Family Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive care, manage chronic and acute conditions, and provide preventive care to patients from diverse backgrounds. The center uses the EPIC EMR system for seamless patient care documentation.
Compensation: $265,000 with potential for a production bonus. Requirements for this role include:
· Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
· A DEA license
· Active Delaware medical license
