Job Description
1. Assure appointments for youth are properly scheduled.
2. Work with community-based agencies, schools and families of youth to maximize the day-to-day operations of the STRTP Program.
3. Participate in bi-weekly staff trainings and meetings
4. Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports and documentation standards.
5. Transport youth to outings and appointments.
6. Assist with self-administered medication.
7. Administer and enforce discipline, consequences and set limitations for behavior and conduct.
8. Document and report any and all child abuse or unusual occurrences.
9. Assist youth with academic studies, homework, and school projects.
10. Any other tasks as deemed necessary by your supervisor
** Must have a bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field OR equivalent work experience working in a group home**
