Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Facilities Technician / Maintenance Worker to support our centers in Aurora, Chicago, Joliet, and Tinley Park. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping spaces safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, patching, and minor repairs
• Replace door knobs, locks, and hardware as needed
• Respond to basic maintenance concerns at multiple centers
• Change light bulbs and ensure proper lighting throughout the facilities
• Take care of other general "odds and ends" as requested
• Travel to different sites using your own reliable transportation

Schedule:

• 3 days per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, additional days if needed
• Daytime hours (8:30am-5pm)
• Approximately 24-32 hours per week

Requirements:

• Basic handyman/maintenance experience
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable traveling to multiple locations throughout the week
• Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
