Job Description
Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure 100% critical systems uptime; available 24/7 for emergencies.
Lead and mentor the onsite technician team.
Coordinate maintenance activities and manage infrastructure projects.
Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
Manage client relationships and coordinate maintenance for special requirements.
Track maintenance activities and validate facility health.
Develop and implement procedures for maintenance and safety.
Qualifications:
Advanced understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in a commercial facility.
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and electrical drawings.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
3 years of management experience in relevant fields.
OSHA 30 certification required.
Compensation:
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year.

Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and operate a computer.
Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
