We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair of our warehouse campus, which includes state-of-the-art automation systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with specific experience in maintaining and troubleshooting automation systems. They will also need to:

  • Identify and troubleshoot solutions to equipment, the building, PIT, and Systems and Technology proactively.
  • Establish work measurement programs and analyzes to develop preventable maintenance plans.

Requirements:

Essential Duties & Job Functions:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance program for the warehouse campus, including regular inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs
  • Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance and repairs
  • Monitor the performance of automation systems and develop strategies to optimize efficiency
  • Develop and maintain a budget for maintenance expenses, ensuring cost-effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inventory, and maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Respond to maintenance emergencies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with other departments and other sites to support facility operations and meet organizational goals.
  • Be willing to travel up to twice a year (potentially more) to other sites to help support Company Objectives
  • Manage the sanitation schedule and sanitation team to ensure a safe and clean workplace

Minimum Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, with specific experience in automation systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automation systems
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team of maintenance technicians
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in facilities maintenance
  • Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and relevant software applications

Desired Previous Experience/Education

  • Desired to have completed a Bachelor's degree or Certification from an accredited program in facilities management, but not a requirement.

Work Environment:
  • Work in a warehouse. Willingness to travel up to 2+ times per year to other Quickbox Sites.
Physical Demands:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit/ stand or crouch for lengthy periods of time, use a computer and keyboard. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. The employee is regularly required to communicate or listen. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
