We're building a new exploration team in California, and were looking for geologists who are curious, motivated, and ready to make an impact. Whether you're early in your career or bring years of experience, this is a chance to work in one of the most geologically exciting regions in the U.S. and help shape a modern, forward-thinking exploration program.

What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in field programs like mapping, sampling, and drilling.
• Help plan and carry out exploration projects from near-mine to regional scale.
• Collect and interpret geological and geophysical data to guide discovery.
• Support drilling operations and ensure sample quality.
• Use tools like Leapfrog Geo, QGIS, and ioGAS to build models and visualize mineralization.
• Work closely with the team to share ideas and improve exploration strategies.
• Follow Californias safety and environmental regulations (Cal/OSHA, MSHA, CEQA, SMARA).
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and safety-first work culture.

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Geology or Earth Sciences (Masters is a plus, but not required).
• Experience in mineral exploration whether you're just starting out or have years under your belt.
• Interest or experience in base metals, especially copper and VMS systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Comfort working outdoors and in remote field locations.
• Familiarity with geological software and data management tools.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with QA/QC protocols, drilling supervision, and contractor coordination.
• Knowledge of California permitting and environmental regulations.
• Skills in structural geology and mineral systems targeting.
