Arcadia Paper Mills, a leading western US Tissue/Towel manufacturer, is excited to announce the reopening of our St. Helens, Oregon facility! We are currently seeking talented individuals for a variety of roles, including Experienced Millwright. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing mechanical systems at our Paper Mill in St Helens, Oregon.

Duties:

Install, Troubleshoot, Repair and Maintain Paper Mill machinery and associated equipment including:

• Motors (up to 500 HP), Gearboxes, Pumps, Vacuum pumps, Valves, Rollers, Bearings, Gears, Housings, Fittings, Lines, etc.
• Mechanical systems, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Vacuum
• Diagnose malfunctioning equipment and components using test equipment and hand tools
• Weld and fabricate
• Precise alignment, Motor, Gearbox, Pump installations
• Rigging Heavy equipment; removal and installation of large rollers

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing experience, large facility, Paper Mill exp. a plus
• Good problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of technical drawings, manuals and their application, gauges, calipers, and other measuring tools
• Experience with Safe Work Procedures, PPE, Lockout/Tagout, confined space, and elevated work areas
• Attention to detail, self-starter
• Use required power tools, drills, saws, torch, welders, jacks, ladders, cranes, lifts and other maintenance equipment
• Good communication skills, works well alone or within a team
