Quality Copiers Sales & Service is looking for an experienced Copier Service Technician with at least 2 years of necessary experience for this position. As a Copier Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and functionality of copier machines utilized by our clients. If you have a passion for technology and a willingness to continue learning, this position offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the copier service industry.

Responsibilities :

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for copier machines.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve any issues or errors.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions.
• Replace and install parts and components as needed.
• Educate customers on copier operations and basic troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service reports and parts used.
• Collaborate with the service team to meet service level agreements and customer expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest copier models and technologies through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully.
• A valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to customer locations in the DFW area.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) occasionally.
