Job Description

Our client, a boutique investment firm in Midtown is looking to hire a star Executive/Personal Assistant to support their Founder. The successful candidate must be well spoken, skilled, have the ability to think and operate strategically and be highly proactive. The position requires 3-5 years of executive assistant experience out of finance. This person will also help run the office overall and will take on ad hoc projects as needed.



RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedule meetings, appointments and dinner reservations
• Manage and arrange all domestic and international travel
• Maintain Executive's calendars and keep key people apprised of changes
• Submit expense reports
• Assist with office management duties (inventory, ordering, liaising with building and vendors)
• Keep Executive organized with meeting materials and immediate priorities (who needs what by when); this may include inbox management and communication/response strategies
• Run personal errands as needed
• Liaise with Executive's family and keep calendars in sync
• MUST have high regard for confidentiality
• Ad hoc personal projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-5 years executive assistant experience in finance
• Proactive, forward-thinking
• Ability to manage up
• Exceptional judgment
• Excellent written and verbal skills

SALARY
$125-140K base + discretionary bonus + full benefits



HOURS
8:30am-5:30pm + availability as needed after hours
5x a week in person
