About the role
We are looking for a Senior Executive Sous Chef to join our team. You will oversee a R&D Chef team and work directly with our accliamed Celebrity & Michelin Chef Partners in recreating their menu items for our brand and also work on continous improvement for menu items.
**NOTE: ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE FULLY COVID 19 VACCINATED TO JOIN OUR R&D FACILITY**
The experience you have
* Previous R&D experience
* Fine Dining Restaurant Experience a must
* 10+ years of Executive Chef experience
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
* Tech Savvy
