We are a premier catering company with a diverse custom food range. Our customers demand the highest in culinary expertise and quality. We focus on Palm Beach County and the surrounding area.
We are looking for a team-oriented person willing to participate in a dynamic ever refining and growing business. Reliability, flexibility, and creativity are a must. We cater events that range from casual dinner parties to large events and will need a person willing to work both in the
kitchen to prepare for them and work them if needed.
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate food production ranging from small private dinners to large events.
Use our database to reproduce proven recipes as well as provide input to improve them.
Ensure high food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
Assist in food ordering and inventory maintenance.
Communicate with all team members to ensure maximum coordination and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Drivers License.
Reliable means of transportation
Ability to drive a van.
Up to date Food Safety Manager Certification.
1 year fine dining experience
4+ years' cooking and kitchen administration experience.
Excellent knife skills.
Professional presentation and demeanor.
Professional communication and organization skills.
Organizational skills
Computer proficiency with the willingness to learn.
Schedule: Flexible and available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Education: Culinary School Preferred.
Work Location: Central kitchen and at event venues.
Must live within 30 minutes driving time
