This opportunity is in financial services to support high level executives, fully onsite Monday- Friday in Aventura, FL.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the team, driving organizational success through the management of daily operations and special projects.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel arrangements, ground logistics, booking appointments for family, etc.
• Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
• Uses and understands Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and other business-specific software.
• Schedule/coordinate appointments with vendors and home staff as needed.

Skills

• Proven experience as an Executive personal assistant to high level executive - 5 years minimum
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) and Google applications
• Degree is preferred. Financial services industry experience is a plus.
