• Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the estate.
• Managing housekeeping staff and vendors to ensure a seamless workflow.
• Overseeing inventory, stocking supplies, and ensuring the residence meets five-star standards at all times.
• Providing exceptional attention to detail, particularly when preparing the home for the familys arrivals.

Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with experience in high-end hospitality , such as tenure at renowned brands like Four Seasons, Waldorf Astoria, or equivalent properties . The ideal candidate thrives in demanding and refined environments, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Schedule and Compensation

The role requires flexibility to meet the familys needs. Hours include:

• 50 hours/week when the family is not on-site.
• 60 hours/week when the family is on-site.
• The position allows for two split days off per week .

Compensation reflects the high standards and expectations of the role, with a competitive hourly rate of $50-60 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.
