We are seeking an Executive Housekeeper for a spectacular resort property in Southwestern Oregon . This resort is a year-round destination that draws guests from around the country! The Executive Housekeeper will lead all team members in the housekeeping department, working to deliver high-level expectations for a great guest experience. This resort is has tremendous ownership behind it that prides itself on taking great care of their team members!
COMPENSATION: Base Salary $90,000 - $115,000 plus 15% bonus, full benefits, 401k, relocation assistance and more!
Executive Housekeeper Skills/Experience:
- 3+ years of hotel/resort housekeeping leadership experience
- Experience in a hotel/resort property of at least 150 rooms
- Sound leadership ability of a team of at least 50 associates
- Excellence in management and control of costs/budget
- High-level hospitality mindset
