About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Compensation to lead the design, execution, and management of its system-wide compensation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing competitive compensation strategies that align with the company's objectives and ensure the attraction and retention of top talent. This role involves job analysis, evaluation, and the establishment of equitable pay structures, as well as the design and administration of base and executive compensation programs. The Executive Director will also provide expert counsel to senior leaders, guide the decision-making process with detailed analysis, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. Candidates for the Executive Director of Compensation position at The Company must have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, finance, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in compensation planning and development, including 3 years' in a management role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market analysis, cost modeling, and the design and implementation of executive compensation models. While experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, it is not mandatory. Essential skills include a working knowledge of state and federal labor laws, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and a proven track record in providing innovative recommendations and expert advice on compensation matters.
